Your collection

Safety and trust

Trading cards with a stranger requires structure. These protections are built into every trade rather than left to good intentions.

Inspection before confirming

Postal trades cannot be confirmed until both collectors have shown every card on a private one-to-one video call. In person, you check the real cards together.

Dual confirmation

An immutable summary of the exact cards, photographs, conditions and values must be confirmed independently by both traders.

Address privacy

Your postal address is never public. It is released only to your trading partner, only inside a confirmed trade, only for postage.

Tracked postage both ways

Each trader arranges their own tracked postage, uploads proof of postage and logs a tracking number. Overdue postage triggers reminders.

Meeting in person

If you agree to Meet & Trade, both collectors must agree the public place, date and time, and no postal address is ever shared. We do not check, approve or vouch for any venue or collector: meet somewhere busy and public, inspect the cards yourself, and walk away if anything feels wrong.

Private reporting

Suspected fraud, counterfeits, undisclosed damage, harassment or missing parcels are reported privately, with evidence, rather than as a public accusation.

Fair reputation

Public profiles show factual indicators: completed trades, success rate, account age, commendations and moderated positive comments.

What we cannot do

Binder to Binder facilitates introductions and keeps the trade record. We are not a party to your trade, we do not value or authenticate cards, and we cannot recover cards or handle courier claims for you. Keep your proof of postage and photograph your packing: that is your evidence if a parcel goes missing.
