Subscription & Cancellation Policy
How paid plans, renewals and cancellations work.
What a plan gives you
Plans control how many active trade listings you may hold at once. Trading, messaging, inspection, confirmation, trust and safety features are included on every plan, including Free.
Renewals and failed payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; your plan may revert to Free if payment is not completed.
Cancelling and downgrading
You can cancel at any time from Subscription settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
If you hold more active listings than your new plan allows, we never delete your cards. You choose which listings stay active and the rest are archived until space is available.
Refunds
Statutory cancellation rights apply. Subscription charges are not insurance and do not guarantee you against loss on any trade.
Binder to Binder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, eBay, Cardmarket, TCGplayer, TCGdex or any card grading company. Card data is used under the terms of the open sources it comes from, price figures are market references rather than valuations, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners. Trading carries risk and members must be 18 or over. Recording a video inspection requires the clear consent of both participants.
