Draft — requires professional legal review before public launch

Dispute Policy

What happens when a trade goes wrong.

Raising a dispute

Either trader can raise a dispute from the trade page. This notifies our moderation team and freezes the trade's normal progress.

Include tracking numbers, photographs of the cards and packaging, and a clear description of what happened.

How we review

Moderators may review the trade record, the trade's messages, inspection acknowledgements and postage evidence.

We may issue warnings, restrict trading or messaging, remove listings or suspend accounts. We do not present a report as proven fact.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover cards, refund money or act as a courier claims handler. Postal claims are made with your courier using your proof of postage.

Binder to Binder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, eBay, Cardmarket, TCGplayer, TCGdex or any card grading company. Card data is used under the terms of the open sources it comes from, price figures are market references rather than valuations, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners. Trading carries risk and members must be 18 or over. Recording a video inspection requires the clear consent of both participants.
