Trading Safety Guide
Practical steps for a safe UK card trade.
Before you agree
Check the other member's completed trades, commendations and account age. Read their card notes and look at every photograph.
Ask for extra photographs of edges, corners and surfaces in daylight if anything is unclear.
During inspection
Use the video inspection to see the front, back, surface and edges of every card in the trade, and to discuss disclosed damage.
Confirm the exact card list afterwards. If anything differs from the listing, do not confirm — renegotiate or cancel.
Posting
Always use tracked postage and keep your proof of postage receipt.
Sleeve, top-load and rigid-pack cards, tape the package so it cannot open in transit, and photograph the packed parcel before you send it.
Add the tracking number to the trade so both sides can follow delivery.
If something goes wrong
Raise a dispute on the trade and report the problem privately with your evidence. Keep all packaging and photographs.

Card data is used under the terms of the open sources it comes from, price figures are market references rather than valuations, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners. Trading carries risk and members must be 18 or over. Recording a video inspection requires the clear consent of both participants.
