Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Binder to Binder.
1. Who we are and what we do
Binder to Binder is a UK-based platform that helps collectors find each other and keep a record of card-for-card trades. We facilitate introductions and trade records only.
We are not a party to any trade. We do not buy, sell, value, authenticate, grade, store or post cards. We never take a percentage of a trade.
Binder to Binder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, eBay, Cardmarket, TCGplayer, TCGdex or any card grading company. Card data is used under the terms of the open sources it comes from, price figures are market references rather than valuations, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to register. You must give accurate registration details and keep your account secure.
You may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Your responsibilities when trading
You are responsible for describing your cards honestly, including all damage and defects, and for assessing the cards and the person you trade with.
Estimated values are entered by users. They are opinions, not valuations, and we do not verify or guarantee them.
Each trader arranges and pays for their own tracked postage, and should retain proof of postage and evidence of packing.
4. Prohibited activity
You must not list counterfeit, stolen or misrepresented cards, harass other members, attempt to move trades off-platform to avoid safety steps, or use the platform for cash sales.
We may remove listings, restrict messaging or trading, suspend or close accounts where our Community Guidelines are broken.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans control how many active trade listings you may hold. All plans include the same trading, messaging, trust and safety features.
Subscription charges are not insurance and do not guarantee you against loss.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from trades between members, including lost, damaged, counterfeit or misdescribed cards.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Binder to Binder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, eBay, Cardmarket, TCGplayer, TCGdex or any card grading company. Card data is used under the terms of the open sources it comes from, price figures are market references rather than valuations, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners. Trading carries risk and members must be 18 or over. Recording a video inspection requires the clear consent of both participants.
